Whether it's a slow drip that finally gave out or a sudden flood at midnight, Lester residents call one number and get a real answer. We built our Lester dispatch around speed, because every extra hour of standing water costs more to repair.
Hirex Water Damage didn't start as a franchise looking for a new zip code to expand into — it started because Lester homeowners kept describing the same frustrating experience: a national hotline, a long hold, and a subcontractor nobody vetted. Every technician you'll meet is a direct Hirex Water Damage employee, not a subcontractor pulled from an app.
Certification isn't just a logo on our site — our Lester crew leads have logged real hours on clean, gray, and contaminated water losses, which is why Flood Damage Cleanup in Lester is treated as a specialty, not a side offering. We carry full liability coverage and hold active licensing to operate throughout Lester, WV.
Equipment lives in a Lester-area warehouse rather than being trucked in from three counties over, which shortens arrival time considerably.
Anyone in Lester who's had a mid-night plumbing failure knows that every extra minute of standing water means more material soaked through. That gap between a fast, equipped response and a slow, improvised one is exactly what Hirex Water Damage was built to close.
We also invest in ongoing technician training, since restoration methods and equipment keep evolving and a Lester crew running outdated techniques does the property a disservice.
Not every water problem looks dramatic — some of the costliest Lester repairs began as a barely-noticeable issue. Here's what tells our team a Lester property needs a professional look rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Lester line and we'll give you a straight answer on urgency.
Whether it's a small residential leak or a large commercial loss, our Lester teams size the crew and equipment to fit. Each item on this list corresponds to an actual step in our process, not a generic label.
Truck-mount extraction on every Lester rig means high-volume pickup starts the same day, not the next. Moisture mapping follows every extraction so we know which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once extraction wraps, commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers go to work based on psychrometric readings, not a flat per-room count, with daily logs so you can watch the numbers improve.
On the residential side in Lester, we handle the flood cut, subfloor checks, and content pack-out so the home is ready for rebuild, with photo documentation at every stage for your insurance file.
Lester businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage — a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants has to move fast.
When a Lester job involves sewage backup, our team suits up fully, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
On top of standard drying, our Lester crews apply antimicrobial treatment and will tell you plainly if a section needs specialist attention.
You'll see a written estimate before any equipment runs on your Lester property, not a mystery total after the fact.
Response times in Lester usually beat the industry average by a wide margin thanks to local equipment.
We photograph and log every step so your Lester claim moves faster and you're not arguing with an insurer alone.
If moisture readings aren't where they should be at the end of a Lester job, we come back and keep drying at no extra charge.
Our Lester team asks just enough to send the right-sized crew, not a generic single technician every time.
The closest available Lester technician is routed to you with equipment staged and ready.
Standing water comes out first, then we map moisture and position air movers based on the readings.
We don't close the Lester file until the numbers confirm the structure is dry, with full photo and moisture documentation in hand.
Our Lester technicians take moisture readings at the start and end of every job, and the final number has to hit dry standard before we leave. If a callback within 30 days shows lingering moisture from the same loss, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
We put the guarantee directly on the work order for every Lester job, in writing. We try to return the same crew for any callback so the person handling it already knows the property and the original readings.
We built this guarantee because Lester property owners deserve more than a verbal assurance that a job is done — they deserve proof.
